Client Services Coordinator
Kelly joined InVivoLink in September 2013 as an intern and is currently responsible for tactical product management activities and strategies. When she is not tinkering with the office compost ratio and high-fiving people in meetings, she focuses on understanding InVivoLink’s customers, championing their needs in product planning and decision making, and facilitating creative partnership throughout the company. She holds degrees in Medicine, Health & Society as well as Spanish from Vanderbilt University, where she spent her free time as a wilderness skills instructor. Though Nashville has thoroughly captured her heart, Kelly was born and raised in New England and still enjoys drenching things in maple syrup and driving well in the snow.Client Services CoordinatorKevin joined InVivoLink in May 2017 as a part of the Client Services team. As part of the Client Services team, he provides technical support and assistance to patients and hospital staff. Kevin is from Johnson City TN where he attended ETSU, earning his degree in Healthcare Administration. After graduating, Kevin wanted to explore his interest in healthcare and pursue his passion for helping others. He had always wanted to live in a bigger city, and Nashville and InVivoLink seemed like a perfect fit. When he is not working, you can find him cheering on the Vols from Neyland stadium (even when they break his heart), volunteering with Younglife, or trying to capture his latest trick shot on Instagram.Software EngineerKyle joined InVivoLink in September of 2016 as a Software Engineer. He started his career in 2011 at Asurion after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Computer Engineering degree. While at Asurion he developed Middle Tier applications which orchestrated database, third-party API, and multi-service calls for the UI dev teams to consume. The next step in his career was at LetterLogic where he spent his time working on delivering client letters, creating dev tools to automate tasks, and helped with the re-architecture of a configuration site used by the company. Outside of his professional career he is a husband (married high school sweetheart), a father of one (for now), and an avid Vols fan (Go Big Orange!).AVP, Account Management and Sales
Lane joined Invivolink in June 2011 as a Director in Client Services. She is focused on helping hospitals and clinics optimize the value of care. Previously, Lane worked for Sg2, a health care consulting and education company. During her tenure there, she learned many aspects of hospital dynamics and strove to help clients think about operations and purchasing with a longterm perspective. With a background in orthopedics, the transition to InVivoLink allowed her to focus on improving orthopedic and spine care. She enjoys working with clients across the country and engaging with hospital administrators, OR nurses, clinic staff, and surgeons to enhance their business and provide the best care to their patients. Lane obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She received her Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Outside of the office, Lane can most certainly be found doing some form of athletic activity such as running, golfing or trying her hand at a new sport. She’s always up for an adventurous trip, even ones that require no physical exertion.Manager, Client Services
Lauren currently leads HCA service strategies. In this role she acts as a liaison for implementation of facility, division, and internal best practices. She draws upon a background in luxury hospitality and holds a B.S. in biology from Loyola University; both of which come in handy when working with clinicians and stakeholders. She is also a yoga and meditation instructor who has helped students in her hometown of Chicago, here in Nashville, and abroad.Client Services CoordinatorMeredith joined InVivoLink in October 2016 as a part of the Client Services team. After graduating Vanderbilt University with an Engineering Science degree, she wanted to stay in the bustling city of Nashville and get involved in the healthcare hub. She feels InVivoLink is the perfect fit for her interest of technology as a healthcare solution and compassion for those experiencing illness. In her free time, Meredith can be found exploring the food and beverage scene around Nashville or cheering on the Predators at Bridgestone Arena.Software Engineer
Michael moved to Nashville to join InVivoLink in 2013 after 9 years working as a developer in the defense industry. At InVivoLink he is primarily responsible for developing in-hospital client applications. He is a Georgia Tech graduate and current student in their online masters program. His primary interest is writing about himself in the third person.Chief Operating OfficerPaul joined the InVivoLink team in January 2017 as COO. Paul’s background includes roles in both technology and business across multiple industries. He and partners started an analytics consulting company in 2000 that ultimately led him and his family to Nashville. Here, he transitioned to healthcare and worked at HCA in Finance & Employee Services. Paul’s next move was to Healthways, a population health provider, where he held several leadership roles including sales operations, IT product development, and most recently as the leader of all global support for the international division. Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the College of William and Mary and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia. Paul enjoys spending time with his family riding horses and taking care of their animals on his farm in College Grove.QA Automation Engineer IIPhillip joined InVivoLink in April 2017 as a QA Automation Engineer. He is responsible for creating and maintaining the automation framework including end-to-end and API regression tests. Phillip has 7 years of experience in Software Development Quality Assurance, 4 specializing in Test Automation. Phillip enjoys continuous learning, software development, lifting weights, and pizza. He lives in Mount Juliet with his fiancé.Scrum MasterBecca joined InVivoLink as Scrum Master after working with HealthTrust Technology Innovations as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for the analytics and Streetwise product teams. Her varied experiences also include six years at Vanderbilt, a brief foray into freelance writing and copyediting, and even a few years in an acting troupe in addition to her day job. A Nashville area “nearly native” (here since mid-childhood), Becca holds a B.A. in English from Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in Psychology and a lifelong thirst for learning and growth. When she isn’t busy delving into Agile and Scrum methodologies, you can find Becca in the beautiful outdoors or a climbing gym, practicing yoga, completing obstacle course races, and experiencing as many forms of art and food creation (and consumption) as her time allows. She is also a book, movie, and music enthusiast with tastes ranging from the carefully curated to “please don’t judge.” Her greatest passion, however, is empowering people to reveal their strengths and capacity to master their own success.Infrastructure/Privacy ManagerRob joined InVivoLink in October of 2016. A Nashville native, he has lived in many places -from Austin to Boston to Scotland. After receiving his Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from LSU, Rob soon found himself changing careers into IT. Throughout most of his career, he has managed Infrastructure teams in the financial services, legal, and energy verticals. At InVivoLink, Rob manages our Infrastructure environment in the cloud. He is also responsible for maintaining compliance while integrating technology solutions. In his spare time, Rob enjoys landscaping and modifying his car.Client Services CoordinatorSam joined InVivoLink in June of 2016. He is originally from Durham, North Carolina, but moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University. As a client services analyst, he mainly works on maintaining InVivoLink's database, helping hospitals with technical issues, and assisting with InVivoLink implementations in new hospitals. In his free time, Sam loves cooking, reading, and Latin dancing!Software EngineerSeth joined InVivoLink as a Senior Developer in October 2016. He spent the last 9 years as a Lead Software Engineer responsible for creating highly-scalable cloud software, 7 years of which were spent developing software for the Home Health industry. His passions include playing drums, piano, guitar, and spending time outdoors.Director of EngineeringSteve joined InVivoLink in 2016. He has been developing applications in the Nashville area for over 15 years. He spent the majority of this time in the payment processing industry. The last 4 years he has spent exclusively in healthcare. Steve lives in Nashville with his wife and two children.
